About the Job:

The eCommerce Analyst is part of a team responsible for overseeing analytics and optimization for TGW’s online marketing efforts.  The eCommerce Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely deliverables, including, but not limited to general marketing analysis, product and promotional performance, marketing channel analysis, website and customer satisfaction analysis. The position works closely with other key stake holders to identify optimization opportunities to work to collaboratively implement enhancements.  Applicant must have superior analytic, strategic, project management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment independently.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist the eCommerce Analytics Manager in creating analysis, accurate reporting and measurement of relevant KPIs for TGW’s digital efforts.
  • Assist in the optimization and analysis of the advertising channels, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and affiliate.
  • Assist in promotional planning, including analysis and performance on products and campaigns.
  • Provide analysis ongoing and ad hoc research projects to interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations including advertising or promotional campaign effectiveness, customer feedback/satisfaction/retention, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Editorial calendar must be developed and managed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent campaign execution and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Produce weekly, monthly reports: Excel, BI tools, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
     

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/college diploma in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, information science or related field, preferred.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in related field
  • Excellent knowledge BI, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Strong Excel skills with advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and graphs.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and manage multiple projects/tasks.
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen.
  • Team-player mentality with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge and interest in marketing activities and processes.
  • Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
